About the Role
We are hiring an Architect or Architectural Draftsman to assist in preparing high-quality, code-compliant drawings for international residential and commercial projects. The role involves both creative design and precise documentation aligned with US building codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare permit-ready drawings compliant with US standards.
- Create 3D models and renderings as required.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred).
- Experience in architectural drafting and design.
- Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Understanding of building standards and detailing.
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
